- Global Digital & Social Media Strategy (Industrial B2B)
- Develop and execute a global digital and social media strategy aligned with engineering solutions and market expansion goals.
- Position the organization as a technology-driven, process-oriented, and quality-focused industry leader.
- Plan integrated digital calendars aligned with product launches, plant expansions, certifications, audits, and global exhibitions.
- Ensure alignment between organic, paid, and owned digital channels.
- Platform Management (B2B-Focused)
Primary Platforms:
a. LinkedIn – Core platform for industrial buyers, EPCs, consultants, and decision-makers
b. YouTube – Product demos, application videos, plant walkthroughs, training content
c. Twitter/X – Industry updates, events, standards, and certifications
d. Instagram – Employer branding, shopfloor culture, visual storytelling
e. Facebook – Selective use for brand credibility and recruitment
Ensure messaging consistency across regions while enabling localization for different markets.
- Engineering & Technical Content Development
a. Convert complex technical data into easy-to-understand, professional content such as:
o Product applications and use cases
o Engineering problem–solution narratives
o Project execution highlights (before/after, site work, installations)
o Compliance, safety, and quality certifications
o Case studies across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, etc.
b. Coordinate with Training and Engineering teams for accurate content management.
c. Repurpose content across social media, website, email, and paid campaigns.
- Multi-Channel Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
- Drive lead generation through brochures, catalogs, whitepapers, webinars, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Support LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), remarketing, and ABM campaigns.
- Support SEO-led inbound marketing through application-based keywords and landing pages.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align messaging with target sectors and regions.
- Email Campaigns & Marketing Automation
- Design and execute B2B email campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and events.
- Segment databases by industry, geography, and buying stage.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Sales Enablement & Business Alignment
- Align digital messaging with sales priorities and key accounts.
- Support account-based marketing and distributor enablement.
- Provide digital assets to sales teams for customer engagement.
- Employer Branding & Manufacturing Culture
- Showcase shopfloor excellence, safety culture, engineering talent, and operational discipline.
- Promote leadership insights, employee achievements, training initiatives, HR initiatives.
- Support recruitment branding for engineers, technicians, and leadership roles in global locations.
- Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track channel-wise performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and ROI.
- Measure social media impact on brand credibility and pipeline contribution.
- Present monthly and quarterly dashboards to leadership.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.
- Continuously refine content based on audience behavior and market feedback.
- Brand Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with brand, confidentiality, and safety standards.
- Maintain approval workflows for technical and project content.
- Support crisis communication related to operations, quality, or compliance in coordination with management.
JOB SPECIFICATION (educational qualification/experience/skills/etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business.
- 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of long sales cycles and technical buying processes.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong written communication with a professional, industrial tone
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Lives in/around Navi Mumbai
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
