Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts and oversee the performance of our client websites. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital growth: from launching high-converting Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to ensuring the client websites are optimized for user experience and conversions.
The ideal candidate is part strategist, part data analyst, and part web administrator.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Management
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and manage end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience segments to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
- Budget Oversight: Manage monthly spends across multiple client accounts, ensuring budgets are paced correctly and goals are met.
2. Website Management & Optimization
- Site Maintenance: Oversee client websites (primarily WordPress/Shopify) to ensure they are functional, updated, and secure.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior and heatmaps to suggest and implement landing page changes that improve lead generation or sales.
- SEO Fundamentals: Ensure on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, site speed, mobile responsiveness) are maintained.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Tracking: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixels to ensure 100% accurate data attribution.
- Reporting: Create monthly performance dashboards for clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear "wins."
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in a digital marketing role (Agency experience preferred).
- Ad Mastery: Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Web Technicality: Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg) or Shopify. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a major plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert level in Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
- Communication: Ability to explain technical marketing concepts to clients who may not be tech-savvy.
Tools You Should Know
- Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor.
- Web/SEO: WordPress, SEMRush/Ahrefs, Hotjar.
- Analytics: Google Tag Manager, GA4.
- Design/Creative: Canva or Adobe Suite (for basic ad creative tweaks).
