Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role serves as the operational backbone of campaign delivery, translating sales and strategy into accurate, compliant, and on-time launches across email, direct mail, paid media, landing pages, and data systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working in Monday.com to manage complex workflows across teams, platforms, and vendors. You’ll be the single point of accountability for campaign readiness—ensuring quality, speed, and scalability while continuously improving processes through automation and operational efficiency.

This role requires hands-on experience with email marketing operations, direct mail execution, paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), vendor coordination, creative workflows, and campaign tracking. Success is defined by smooth launches, fewer errors, strong deliverability and compliance, reduced friction between teams, and repeatable systems that support growth. Automation wherever and whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee paid media execution across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta platforms.
  • Coordinate setup, pacing, optimization, compliance, and performance reporting with internal teams.
  • Ensure campaigns align with strategy, budgets, and platform requirements.
  • Lead full execution of email campaigns across ESPs.
  • Manage data preparation, list ingestion, segmentation, suppression, deduplication, and compliance.
  • Oversee email setup, QA, scheduling, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure deliverability best practices, sending standards, and repeatable processes are followed and documented.
  • Own operational execution of direct mail campaigns, including data formatting, secure transfers, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across direct mail and digital channels.
  • Manage platforms to ensure alignment between data, creative, quantities, and timelines.
  • Oversee proofing, approvals, and production readiness to prevent delays or reprints.
  • Manage landing page URLs, backend setup, and WordPress environments.
  • Ensure clean tracking, UTMs, tagging, and system integrity across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Coordinate technical setup to support efficient creative and campaign launches.
  • Own sourcing and coordination of private data acquisition when required.
  • Manage data requests, vendor timelines, and audience readiness.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure audiences are built, validated, and deployed on time without delaying launches.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Monday.com, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress and landing page URLs as well as backend setup.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research for SEO purposes; expertise in conversion optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies for nurturing leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Understanding of analytics tools for measuring campaign performance; ability to interpret data insights effectively.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital innovation who can leverage a broad skill set to scale repeatable systems that support long-term growth.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
