Job Description

BuyBuzz Infra is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects
• Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Create, optimize, and manage lead forms, landing pages, and funnels
• Ensure lead quality, low CPL, and better conversion rates
• Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
• Monitor campaigns daily and optimize budgets and performance
• Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and CTAs
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Real estate lead generation experience is compulsory
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience handling high-ticket campaigns (flats, plots, villas, commercial)
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, CPL, CTR, and ROI
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is a plus

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with real estate developers, channel partners, or brokerage firms
• Knowledge of Delhi-NCR / Gurugram real estate market (preferred)
• Performance-driven and result-oriented mindset
