We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and growth initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of how digital channels convert visibility into measurable business results. The ideal candidate will approach this role with accountability, precision, and a results-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Social Media and Google Ads
• Drive content planning, oversee creation, and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and deliver actionable performance reports
• Manage and optimise SEO, SEM, and paid advertising for maximum ROI
• Coordinate closely with design and video teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure prompt, professional, and timely responses across all social media channels
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, and Analytics tools
• Ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proven capability to handle multiple projects with accountability and attention to detail
