This is for our client - Partha Dental.

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives, manage performance campaigns, oversee SEO activities, and coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver results. The candidate should have strong leadership ability, analytical thinking, and experience in running ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Project Management

  • Manage, guide, and monitor the in-house digital marketing team.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with team members and ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, CRM, Call Center & Operations for smooth workflow and lead management.

Local SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead data-driven Google Business Profile (GBP) strategies to maximize local visibility, discovery, and engagement for clients across industries.

Google Business Profile Optimization: Manage and optimize GBP listings across multiple locations - including business info, categories, services, images, posts, Q&A, reviews, and UTM tagging.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with content teams, designers, and developers to align local SEO efforts. Mentor junior analysts on GMB workflows and best SEO practices.

SEO & Content Responsibilities:

  • Track website rankings regularly and prepare ranking/improvement reports.
  • Responsible for website blogs — generate blog titles, keywords, and share guidelines with writers.
  • Review content before publishing to ensure SEO optimization, structure, readability, and relevant internal/external hyperlinks.
  • Ensure technical & on-page SEO hygiene on website pages.
  • Monitor and suggest improvements for website revamp, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns along with external agencies.
  • Act as a bridge between organization & external ad marketing agencies, ensuring clarity of goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPA, conversions, ROI, and share weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain campaign performance data and track records for review.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Track website metrics, leads flow, OP numbers, conversions and share insights-driven reports.
  • Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Managerial role preferred).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing & Analytics.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels.
  • Excellent communication & team leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare domain is a plus.

Location: Only Work from office – Hyderabad (Banjara Hills)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Any week day ( From Tuesday to Friday)

Work Mode: 6 Days Work From Office
