As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and optimize all digital growth/paid channels to drive sustainable, efficient customer growth for Oncourse. This role executes strategy, day-to-day execution, forecasting, and experimentation across SEM, social, programmatic, SEO and other key digital growth initiatives. The manager partners closely with analytics and cross-functional teams to evolve tracking, attribution, creative performance, and landing page conversion. They will design and scale hypothesis-driven tests, manage substantial budgets against CAC and volume goals, and communicate clear, compelling insights to leadership. This is a high-ownership role suited for a digital marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to shape the next era of Oncourse’s digital growth.

Located at our office in Naperville, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization for all paid channels including SEM, social, programmatic, etc.
  • Track and forecast monthly spend, aligning to CAC targets and aggressive volume goals.
  • Drive other key digital growth initiatives as defined.
  • Build and run structured, hypothesis-driven tests across messaging, audiences, bidding, and landing experiences.
  • Lead technical and content-driven SEO initiatives to grow organic visibility and conversion, including optimization toward LLMs.
  • Lead performance reporting, insights, and communications to leadership.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly forecasts for spend, CAC, and sales volume.
  • Partner with analytics to evolve tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility.
  • Work with Product, Creative, CRM, and Operations to ensure cohesive, conversion-focused user experiences.
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships and ensure accountability to performance.
  • Collaborate with content, product, partnership and other teams to prioritize paid creative needs.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, with proven ability to scale performance.
  • Track record of driving efficiency and growth through strategic budget management, including oversight of multi-million-dollar media investments and optimization toward CAC and ROI goals.
  • Expertise in SEO strategy development, leveraging data-driven insights to guide keyword and content decisions, utilizing advanced tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and partnering with technical teams to implement site-level improvements.
  • Proficiency in conversion optimization and experimentation, including landing page design, A/B testing frameworks, and integration of marketing AI initiatives; skilled in analytics platforms such as GA4 and Looker.
  • Expertise in email marketing and marketing automation platforms highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adapting strategies to shifting priorities and aggressive performance targets.
  • Industry experience in home services, insurance, or subscription-based models strongly preferred.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job:

  • Experience working with tools such as Microsoft office, Adobe Workfront, and ASANA.

Education:

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $105,400 - $160,000 USD Yearly. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
