Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales closures for real estate projects. The role requires strong expertise in paid media, lead generation, analytics, and team/vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
  • Plan monthly and campaign-wise digital budgets and ensure optimal ROI
  • Align digital marketing activities with sales targets and business goals

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and property portals
  • Drive high-quality leads with controlled CPL (Cost Per Lead)
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies

3. Website & Landing Pages

  • Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement
  • Coordinate with designers and developers for landing pages, creatives, and UX improvements
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented

4. Social Media & Content

  • Plan and manage social media calendars for all platforms
  • Coordinate content creation (reels, posts, project updates, testimonials, ads creatives)
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze data to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

6. CRM & Sales Coordination

  • Integrate digital leads with CRM systems
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead follow-up, nurturing, and closure ratios
  • Monitor lead quality and take corrective actions

7. Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage internal digital marketing executives and external agencies
  • Review creatives, ad copies, and campaign execution
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Budget planning and ROI optimization
  • Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
