Digital Marketing Manager

In a Nutshell

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees day-to-day execution and performance of all digital marketing efforts, ensuring paid and organic channels meet KPI targets and align with overall strategy. This role manages the digital team, their workflows, and works in accounts too, optimizing campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of paid media, organic social, and SEO efforts.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM channels
  • Includes managing the fulfillment team and also working on accounts
  • Utilize Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance marketing metrics to analyze campaign performance and inform decision-making
  • Monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and pacing; implement optimization plans.
  • Ensure tracking, pixels, GTM, and analytics are functioning and accurate.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Maintain reporting cadence and deliver clear performance insights to clients, and to leadership.
  • Oversee digital team workflow, task assignments, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and Ops Director on campaign planning.
  • Execute or oversee campaign builds, audience setup, budgets, and bid strategies.
  • Coordinate with account managers to ensure client communication is accurate and timely.
  • Maintain digital playbooks, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Identify platform updates, trends, and improvements for efficiency or performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, SEM, analytics, and automation

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (paid + organic).
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing performance KPIs and reporting.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,500.00 - $61,400.00 per year
