Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a performance-driven digital marketing expert who excels in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Brand Growth? Join us and take charge of our branding, paid marketing, and digital presence across multiple platforms.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Social Media & Content Strategy:

• Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn strategies.
• Create engaging content, write compelling ad copies, and schedule posts.
• Monitor and optimize organic reach and engagement.

✅ Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery), Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Perform audience research to ensure highly targeted and effective campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

✅ Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior and measure campaign success.
• Generate data-driven reports, analyze ad performance, and provide insights for campaign improvements.
• Optimize budgets for maximum ROI and lead generation.

✅ SEO & Content Marketing:

• Work with content writers to ensure website content and blog posts align with SEO best practices.
• Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic growth strategies.

✅ Branding & Growth Strategy:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness in the international student market.
• Identify new marketing trends, tools, and growth hacks to stay ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media ads, and Google Ads.
✅ Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GTM, and performance tracking tools.
✅ Strong skills in ad copywriting, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
✅ Ability to analyze data and improve marketing campaigns for higher conversions.
✅ Experience in education marketing is a plus.
✅ Self-motivated, able to work remotely, and manage marketing independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
