Job Objective

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all online marketing strategies to enhance NFAD’s brand visibility, generate leads, and support branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with NFAD goals
• Manage NFAD social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns
• Oversee creation of posters, banners, reels, and digital creatives
• Monitor and respond to online enquiries and member messages
• Coordinate with branch heads for local promotions & updates
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Manage website updates and online notices
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta / Google) within approved budgets
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Train and guide interns or junior marketing staff

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms
• Experience in social media management & online promotions
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop)
• Understanding of SEO, paid ads & content strategy
• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Analytical & reporting skills
• Leadership & team management abilities

Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA, B.Com, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
