We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager who can lead multi-channel campaigns, manage teams, and drive marketing success for multiple client projects.




Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning & Execution


Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Content Marketing.


Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with client objectives.


Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies.


Campaign Management


Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.


Analyse campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives for maximum ROI.


Manage and oversee social media strategy, content planning, and execution for various brands.


Budgeting & Reporting


Plan and allocate budgets across multiple clients and channels.


Track spending and ensure efficient utilization of budgets.


Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to clients and management.


Project & Team Management


Handle multiple projects simultaneously with on-time delivery.


Lead and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, design, content, social media, ads).


Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring productivity and quality.


Client Communication


Attend client meetings, present strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.


Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.




Required Skills & Experience


5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with minimum 2–3 years in an agency.


Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, and content.


Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.


Expertise in budgeting, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns.


Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
