Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across digital channels. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Oversee content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase lead generation or sales conversions on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and content across all digital channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage existing customers effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns (Google AdWords), social media management, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook Advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for performance marketing improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across B2B (business-to-business) markets.
