Safra Developers is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in CRM management to lead our digital growth, manage high-quality leads, and optimize our sales funnel across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for lead tracking, segmentation, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely lead distribution to the sales team and monitor lead response time
- Create, manage, and optimize sales funnels and automation workflows
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Implement retargeting strategies and audience optimization
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and CRM best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns
- Solid experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation, and lead nurturing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
