Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic
- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and performance tracking
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging digital tools
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ROI reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing platforms
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization
- Agency experience or multi-brand management experience
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint
