We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and YouTube growth strategies, with a results-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across platforms.
- Perform SEO and YouTube SEO to improve organic rankings and visibility.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns with proven ad spend handling.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaigns.
- Create or coordinate basic graphic designs for ads and social media (plus point).
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in SMM, SEO, and YouTube SEO.
- Proven record of managing and optimizing paid ad budgets.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, GA4, and Tag Manager.
- Understanding of content strategy and performance marketing.
