Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

This role is centered on social media management, ad campaigns, reporting, and client servicing. You’ll plan and schedule content calendars, oversee paid campaigns, prepare clear monthly reports, and maintain smooth communication with clients. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate with design/writing teams to ensure content is created and delivered on time.
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) — from setup and targeting to budget management and optimization.
• Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Share reports and campaign updates with clients, and address their feedback/questions.
• Support client servicing by coordinating approvals, maintaining timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to add value to client accounts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and advertising (agency experience preferred).
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with both creative teams and clients.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO.
• Strong presentation skills for client calls/meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
