Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and business growth. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance analysis, working closely with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Own campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and performance goals.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and markets.
Campaign Management
- Plan and manage outbound and inbound marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and other relevant channels.
- Drive lead generation, engagement, and pipeline support through structured campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand tone across all initiatives.
Content & Messaging
- Oversee the creation of marketing content including email campaigns, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with target audience needs and business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine value propositions and messaging.
Marketing Operations & Tools
- Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Maintain lead management processes including segmentation, scoring, and routing.
- Ensure data accuracy and campaign compliance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Prepare regular reports for management with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, launches, and market expansion activities.
- Act as a bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing roles.
- Strong experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in technology-driven or enterprise-focused organizations.
- Exposure to global markets and diverse customer segments.
- Experience supporting sales-led growth initiatives.
