About the Company

We are a fast-growing real estate and construction company handling multiple residential, commercial, hospitality, and land development projects. We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online branding, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies for all company projects.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create and run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation.
• Oversee content creation (reels, posts, videos, creatives).
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and the marketing team for daily content.
• Track and analyze website traffic, ad performance, and monthly campaign reports.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, leads, and ROI.
• Maintain digital calendar, upload ads, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
• Manage CRM tools, auto-replies, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
• Ensure timely updates of property listings, brochures, videos, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new marketing tools.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience (manager-level preferred).
• Proficiency in social media tools, ad platforms, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of website analytics (GA4, Search Console).
• Ability to create marketing strategies and run targeted campaigns.
• Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
