Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for Skylink Fibernet Ltd. The role requires strong performance marketing expertise, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Affiliate platforms
  • Drive high-quality lead generation with measurable outcomes and build effective marketing funnels to improve lead-to-sales conversion
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns for ISP services, new product launches, brand awareness, and customer retention initiatives
  • Oversee content strategy, creative direction, ad copies, and audience targeting across all digital platforms
  • Build, train, and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives, ensuring performance aligned with defined KPIs
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate spends efficiently, and track ROI and CAC
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer behavior analysis, and market trend monitoring to refine strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure integrated marketing execution
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, CRM dashboards, etc.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all digital assets and channels
  • Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead nurturing workflows

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, PPC campaigns, and paid social media advertising
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in ISP, telecom, or service-based industries
  • Prior experience managing teams and marketing budgets is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
