Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will own and scale NeevCloud’s performance-driven digital marketing efforts across paid channels. This role focuses on PPC strategy, execution, optimization, and analytics, ensuring efficient spend and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team on ad creatives.
- Optimize campaigns for performance — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Set up A/B testing and continuously improve landing page performance.
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign health to ensure efficient spending.
- Track and analyze campaign data to create actionable reports and insights.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for integrated digital strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Digital marketing.
- Proficiency with: Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads), Analytics & Tracking (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM, Tag Manager).
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with remarketing, display ads, shopping campaigns, and lead generation.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹392,334.32 - ₹1,485,442.82 per year
