Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution, strong client relationships, and delivery of measurable business outcomes. The role requires a balance of client servicing, strategic thinking, and internal coordination across digital teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client business goals, KPIs, and expectations
  • Manage day-to-day communication via email, calls, and meetings
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, reporting discussions, and planning calls
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalation professionally

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate client objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, Design, Content, Tech)
  • Assist in campaign planning, calendars, and roadmaps
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables as per scope and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams to maintain quality and deadlines
  • Monitor project status, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and agreed commercials

Performance & Reporting

  • Review campaign performance across channels (Meta, Google, SEO, Social Media)
  • Share insights and recommendations with clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting (weekly/monthly)
  • Track KPIs such as leads, ROAS, traffic, conversions, and engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Account Manager / Client Servicing Executive
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Ads, SEO, Social, Content, Web)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Client-first mindset with problem-solving ability

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Exposure to performance marketing and e-commerce accounts
  • Experience working with CRM/project tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Ads Manager)
