Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our company’s complete digital presence, including social media, SEO, website, paid ads, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing full digital marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategy

· Manage and grow company presence on:

o Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

· Plan, create, and manage:

o Social media campaigns

o Branding campaigns

o Lead generation campaigns

· Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

o On page SEO

o Off page SEO

o Technical SEO

o Keyword research

o Ranking & traffic improvement

· Manage paid advertising campaigns:

o Facebook Ads

o Instagram Ads

o Google Ads

o LinkedIn Ads

· Plan and manage:

o Content calendar

o Campaign calendar

· Track, analyze, and report:

o Leads

o Traffic

o Conversion rates

o Campaign performance

· Coordinate with:

o Designers

o Video editors

o Content writers

o Management team

· Improve:

o Brand visibility

o Engagement

o Lead generation

o ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

o Marketing, Media, Business, IT, or relevant field

· Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience in digital marketing

· Strong expertise in:

o Social Media Marketing (SMM)

o SEO (On page, Off page, Technical)

o Google Ads & Meta Ads

o Website management

o Lead generation campaigns

· Good understanding of:

o Content strategy

o Branding

o Performance marketing

o Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

· Excellent communication, analytical & creative skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
