Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing operations across multiple client projects and industries. This role requires a hands-on performance marketer who is equally strong in strategy, execution, analytics, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, capable of managing multiple campaigns, and experienced in delivering consistent growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple niches with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality
- Lead and execute SEO strategies including on-page, technical SEO, content planning, and backlink acquisition
- Manage GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking, event setup, and conversion reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and take data-backed decisions to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Develop funnel strategies combining paid ads, landing pages, retargeting, and email marketing
- Oversee email marketing campaigns including automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders
- Manage and guide a team of digital marketers, including ad specialists, SEO executives, content writers, and designers
- Review team performance, provide training, and ensure high execution standards
- Manage multiple projects across different industries and ensure timelines, quality, and results are consistently delivered
- Coordinate with clients, understand business goals, and align marketing strategies accordingly
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Strong experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Proven ability to run data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize based on real performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple clients and multiple niches (e-commerce, local services, healthcare, real estate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, remarketing, and CRO
- Experience in email marketing platforms and automation workflows
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a marketing team
- Strong reporting, analytical, and decision-making skills
