We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (SEO & PPC) to elevate our digital presence, drive qualified traffic, and generate measurable business growth through search-driven and performance marketing strategies.
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of SEO and PPC across all digital channels. This role blends analytical thinking with execution, focusing on increasing visibility, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI.
While social media and content remain part of the broader strategy, this role is heavily focused on search engine marketing, paid media performance, and revenue-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and PPC strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Own and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bidding optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and site architecture for search engine visibility and conversion performance.
- Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema markup, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC) across search, display, and remarketing channels.
- Continuously improve Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates through testing and optimization.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- Implement full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Coordinate campaigns with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align with product launches and promotions.
- Measure and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms dashboards.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
- Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Support content and social initiatives to ensure alignment with SEO and paid strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC management with measurable ROI and revenue impact.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings, traffic, and paid campaign performance.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Experience managing large-scale PPC budgets and optimizing for ROAS/CPA targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page strategy.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams.
- Experience with tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking).
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or paid media roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
