We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence and drive brand growth in Dubai’s competitive F&B market.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital marketing initiatives, build strong brand awareness, increase foot traffic, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate understands Dubai’s hospitality scene, social media trends, influencer marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook)

Create engaging, on-brand content (reels, stories, campaigns, promotions)

Manage content calendar and coordinate photoshoots/videos

Monitor trends and viral content opportunities

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns

Optimize campaigns to increase reservations, walk-ins, and brand visibility

Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

Identify and collaborate with local influencers and content creators

Build brand partnerships and promotional campaigns

Manage PR activations and event promotions

Website & Online Presence

Oversee website updates and SEO optimization

Manage Google My Business and online reviews

Monitor brand reputation across platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B

Strong understanding of the Dubai market and consumer trends

Proven experience managing paid ad budgets

Expertise in social media growth strategies

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and ad platforms

Creative mindset with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and project management abilities
