About Us We are a rapidly growing portfolio of businesses based in Orlando, Florida. Our brands span across wellness, healthcare, and education, including the established Aisha Salon, and our upcoming ventures: Aisha Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Center and the Aisha Institute of Beauty. We are looking for a talented, local Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our online presence and put our marketing on auto-pilot.

The Role We need an all-in-one digital marketing expert who can create a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective strategy to elevate our online success across all three brands. You will be responsible for ensuring our omnipresence and dominance in the local digital realm.

Key Responsibilities

• All-in-One Management: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to beauty, healthcare, and vocational education audiences.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize our websites to increase visibility, rank higher in local Google search listings, and drive conversion rates.
• Digital Ads Management (PPC): Oversee and continuously improve digital ad campaigns across platforms with a focus on cost-effectiveness and A/B testing.
• Social Media Management: Manage our brands' social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding, high-quality content creation, and optimal post frequency.
• Digital Outreach: Promote our brands through strategic digital outreach and press releases to secure authoritative links and build local awareness.
• AI & Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data-driven AI technology to continuously monitor campaigns, adjust strategies, and perform platform-specific optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling comprehensive digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Outreach).
• Strong understanding of local SEO and geographically targeted marketing.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and analytics.
• Ability to juggle multiple brand voices and distinct target audiences.
• Must be located in or highly accessible to the Orlando area.
