PCMCI Group is looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager, Male candidate, who can own and drive performance marketing, brand growth, and digital strategy across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision making, with strong exposure to paid media, SEO, AI-powered marketing tools, and modern branding practices.

We are based in DHA Phase 6 Karachi & office timings are from 5pm to 2am, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-focused, and capable of managing marketing initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Own marketing performance across paid, organic, and brand channels
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing campaigns

Performance & Paid Media:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads (where applicable)
  • Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and funnels
  • Continuously optimize for ROI and conversions

Branding & Content Direction:

  • Maintain brand positioning and consistency across all platforms
  • Oversee content strategy for websites, landing pages, and social media
  • Guide creative direction for ads, visuals, and messaging

SEO & Organic Growth:

  • Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical fundamentals)
  • Improve website traffic, rankings, and conversion paths
  • Coordinate content optimization and keyword strategy

AI, Tools & Innovation:

  • Leverage AI and automation tools for:
  • Ad copy and creative ideation
  • Content planning and optimization
  • Performance analysis and insights
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing tools, trends, and platform updates

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and generate clear performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Collaboration & Ownership:

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other teams
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables independently
  • Take full ownership of marketing outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3- 4 years of relevant experience in digital and performance marketing
  • Hands-on expertise with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn; TikTok is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and optimization
  • Understanding of branding and modern, AI-driven marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with ownership and accountability

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with CRM, funnels, or marketing automation
  • Experience in tech, consulting, or service-based industries
