Digital Marketing Manager (AI / AVP Projects)

We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our next-generation AI-driven AVP projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, Web3, digital marketing, and growth strategy, building high-impact campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies

Lead campaigns across SEO (AEO), social media, paid ads, email marketing, and content marketing

Drive AI Visibility (AEO) strategies to position our platforms as “the answer” across search and AI engines

Plan and manage lead generation funnels and conversion optimization

Handle multi-platform campaign execution (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)

Analyze performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly

Work closely with internal teams on branding, product positioning, and growth strategy

Manage content pipelines including blogs, landing pages, video content, and ads

Coordinate with designers, developers, and external agencies

Stay updated with AI marketing trends, Web3 growth models, and emerging digital tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing / growth marketing

Strong understanding of:

SEO / AEO (AI Engine Optimization)

Social media marketing & paid campaigns

Lead generation & funnel building

Experience with tools such as:

Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Email marketing platforms

CRM systems

Excellent communication and content strategy skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

Experience in AI, Web3, Blockchain, or Tech startups

Understanding of AEO / AI visibility frameworks

Experience in event marketing, webinars, and training campaigns

Knowledge of performance marketing & ROI optimization

Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
