Digital Marketing Manager (All-Rounder)

Location: Delta Fitness Performance, World Street Omaxe, Faridabad
Salary: 15k to 35k
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

About the Role
A versatile digital marketer who can manage social media, ads, content, strategy, and reporting to grow the brand presence and membership leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content
• Plan shoots with trainers and members
• Create reels, posts, creatives, and basic edits
• Run Meta and Google ads for leads
• Track campaign performance and share weekly reports
• Handle website updates or coordinate with vendors
• Coordinate with sales and management for marketing needs
• Manage ORM: comments, DMs, basic community handling

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media and ad platforms
• Ability to create content and basic design
• Analytical skills for tracking leads and performance
• Prior experience in a gym or lifestyle brand is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
