Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) — Google Ads & Conversion Tracking

Employment: Full-time-afternoon shift (2 PM - 10 PM)

Location : Lahore, DHA Phase 3


We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2B demand generation in the US market through Google Ads and SEO.

You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, tracking, and optimization — ensuring every click is measurable, every lead is qualified, and every dollar drives impact.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and GA4 + GTM conversion tracking , with a solid understanding of B2B funnels, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM integration , and SEO best practices .

You’ll analyze data, test landing pages, manage budgets, and drive consistent improvement in CAC, ROAS, and form conversion rates.

What you’ll do

• Lead B2B Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) focused on US-market lead generation.

• Architect account structures by intent, persona, and industry to scale qualified traffic efficiently.

• Manage GA4 + GTM tracking for key conversions, implement Enhanced Conversions, and connect Offline Conversion Import (OCI) to HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Optimize landing pages and forms for higher CVR through A/B and message-match testing.

• Drive SEO strategy to complement paid growth — from keyword mapping and schema setup to on-page optimization and internal linking.

• Build and maintain Looker Studio or Sheets dashboards to track performance, CAC, and ROI.

• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align messaging and funnel goals.

• Stay ahead of Google Ads, GA4, and SEO trends to continuously refine campaign performance.


Must-have experience

• 4–8 years managing B2B Google Ads in the US market (including high-CPC verticals).

• Proven expertise with GA4 + GTM (custom events, conversions, debugging).

• Working knowledge of OCI + CRM integration (HubSpot or Salesforce).

• Strong SEO background — technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment.

• Track record of scaling spend while improving CAC and lead quality.

• Experience with CRO and landing-page testing.

• Proficiency in Looker Studio or Google Sheets for reporting and insights.


Nice to have

• YouTube or LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen.

• Familiarity with server-side tagging, Consent Mode, or Enhanced Conversions.

• Exposure to BigQuery or advanced attribution modeling.

• Experience managing retargeting architecture across Google and LinkedIn.
