Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & Community Specialist is a hybrid role for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who excels in digital campaign planning, social media execution, content distribution, and customer engagement. This role requires strong industry insights (particularly in Telco/VAS, Gaming, and Digital Goods) to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning (Strategist Role)

  • Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies aligned with gaming events, seasons, and sales goals.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Ideate and execute user acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and increase top-of-funnel awareness.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, including pricing, promotions, and content strategies.

2. Content Distribution & Telco Operations

  • Apply telco and digital content distribution understanding to optimize product placement, pricing, and customer flows.
  • Identify partnership and cross-promotion opportunities with payment partners, digital wallets, or carrier billing services.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of purchase flows, ensuring seamless alignment between frontend promotions and backend delivery (VAS/Vouchers).

3. Social Media & Content Execution

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms.
  • Create engaging captions, ad copy, promotional messaging, and push notifications tailored to gamer behavior.
  • Tap into gaming trends, memes, and pop culture for timely, high-impact content to drive organic reach.

4. Community Support & Customer Success

  • Serve as the primary voice of QuickTopUps across social and community channels, maintaining a friendly, gamer-centric tone.
  • Respond to customer queries related to payments, voucher redemption, and general platform usage.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve issues and manage a seamless feedback loop.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Gaming, Telco, VAS, Fintech, or Digital Distribution industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with digital advertising tools (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage communities, handle customer queries, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
