We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to create content, manage social media, and drive engagement across multiple restaurant brands. This role is ideal for a mid-level marketer who enjoys being in restaurants, capturing real moments, creating scroll-stopping content, and using AI tools to work smarter.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Creative Execution
Create and execute digital content for multiple restaurant brands
  • Capture on-site food, beverage, and lifestyle photography
  • Produce short-form video, graphics, and promotional assets
  • Edit and optimize photos and videos for social media, websites, and digital ads
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Social Media Management
Manage daily social media activity (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build and maintain content calendars for promotions, LTOs, and events
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews to support guest engagement
  • Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
AI & Digital Tools
Use AI-powered tools to assist with content ideation, caption writing, scheduling, and optimization
  • Test creative variations and improve workflow efficiency using modern marketing tools
  • Stay current on digital marketing and AI trends relevant to restaurants
Brand & Marketing Support
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on promotions and menu launches
  • Ensure alignment between digital, in-store, and local marketing efforts
  • Assist with email marketing, website updates, and basic digital advertising as needed
  • Design in-store menus and promotional materials
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Hands-on photography experience, especially food or lifestyle photography
  • Strong skills in graphic design and/or video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or accounts
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant, food, or hospitality industry experience
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and website CMS tools
