We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager & Content Specialist to work closely with the managing partner to lead our day-to-day execution across social media, content creation, digital promotion, and organic growth. This is a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves position for someone who wants to help build and expand a fast-growing brand with a mission.

JOB DUTIES
Digital Marketing & Organic Growth
All candidates must be able to:
- Plan and execute organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Build content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance.
- Develop creative campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement, and authority.
- Use organic growth tools/methods (e.g., backlinking strategies, press releases, article distribution, and authority building) to elevate the firm’s Google footprint.
- Manage press release campaigns, identify new outlets, and track results.
Content Creation (Required Core Responsibilities)
All candidates must be able to perform the following essential content duties on Day 1:
- Edit videos for social platforms (TikTok/Reels/Shorts/LinkedIn) and basic podcast clips using any professional or prosumer editing software (Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Create graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals using Photoshop (or Photoshop + Canva).
- Produce clean, professional-looking short-form content consistent with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.
Advanced Content Creation (Performed Only if Candidate Possesses Preferred Skills)
Candidates with these higher-level skills may take on additional responsibilities:
- Editing full-length podcast episodes for YouTube (not required if you lack long-form editing experience).
- Using Adobe InDesign to create print materials such as brochures, handouts, or event programs.
- Applying AI creative tools (Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to develop advanced video concepts, brand visuals, or ad creatives.
- Enhancing brand campaigns with more sophisticated graphic design or animation elements.
- Supporting the firm in launching higher-level creative projects (book trailers, long-form educational videos, high-production-value ads, etc.).
- Participate in developing the strategy for organic website growth, including backlinking initiatives, technical SEO recommendations (in coordination with our webmaster), and strategic use of press releases.
These higher-level duties are not required at the time of hire, but candidates who bring these capabilities will be given:
- Expanded responsibilities.
- Greater creative autonomy.
- Placement at the higher end of the compensation range.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have all of the following:
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow brand accounts across major social platforms.
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Photoshop and experience designing graphics and thumbnails.
- Some experience with content calendars, posting workflows, and brand consistency.
- Strong writing and communication skills tailored to professional or regulated industries.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate findings into actionable decisions.
