Location: Sector 83, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and creative Assistant cum Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow Dr. Neha’s presence on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and her website. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and coordination with agencies so Dr. Neha can focus on content creation without micromanaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly/quarterly content & campaign strategies.

• Manage YouTube, Instagram & Facebook growth – content, engagement, ads.

• Coordinate with SEO & marketing agencies for timely delivery.

• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Brief and follow up with designers, editors, and ad teams.

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media & digital marketing for a brand/public figure.

• Strong knowledge of YouTube growth and Instagram/Facebook marketing.

• Experience in agency/vendor management.

• Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

• Excellent copywriting & creative campaign planning skills.

• Strong communication, organization, and accountability.

• Understanding of the mental health/coaching niche is a plus.
