Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing activities for Avian Global in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end digital strategy — from social media, lead generation, and paid campaigns to website optimization and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Oversee lead generation campaigns for immigration and overseas programs (Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Manage content creation — including ad creatives, social media posts, and video campaigns — in alignment with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Customer Excellence Team to align marketing campaigns with business targets.
• Supervise design, content, and digital support teams to maintain brand consistency and excellence.
• Stay updated with global digital trends and apply innovative strategies to strengthen Avian Global’s online presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in service or education/immigration industry.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Should be based in Doha or willing to relocate.
