Digital Marketing Manager (Ecommerce)

Candidate only needs to meet in Boca Raton occasionally (once per month), does not need to live locally, but ideally is in EST or CST time zone.

Job Description
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth company (hormone therapy, weight loss, peptides, skincare) doing ~$1.8M ARR and scaling aggressively to $5M. We need a sharp, autonomous marketing operations person who can own the day-to-day execution across our digital properties.

We need someone with real marketing instinct who has managed ad budgets over $50k/month for meta and google PPC, can look at a product page, landing page, or funnel and independently identify what's wrong and fix it.

What You'll Own

Shopify storefront: Guidance on updating product pages, write/improve product descriptions, optimize images and layout, launch new SKUs (skincare, supplements, peptides).
Landing pages Guidance: Make updates and improvements in Unbounce (or similar builders). Spot conversion issues — buried CTAs, weak copy, missing social proof — and take action.
Funnel & quiz pages: Maintain and improve our ConvertFlow quiz funnel and other lead capture flows.
Content updates guidance: Keep website content fresh — update blog posts, service pages, and promotional banners as needed.
Coordination: Work with our agency/contractors (paid ads, SEO, design) and internal clinical team to make sure marketing materials are accurate and on-brand.
Light copywriting: Write clear, persuasive product descriptions, email snippets, and page copy. You don't need to be a professional copywriter, but you need to write better than "Click here to buy now."

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience in DTC ecommerce, health/wellness brands, or digital marketing
You've managed Shopify stores before — not just "familiar with," actually managed or have overseen contractors
Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar)
Bonus: Experience with health, wellness, telehealth, or supplement brands

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
