Digital Marketing Manager — Healthcare Portfolio (Ecommerce)

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own digital acquisition strategy across a portfolio of healthcare brands, including a direct-to-consumer telehealth company and a network of rehab centers. Combined monthly ad spend across the portfolio is $200K+. This person will be the single point of accountability for paid media performance, SEO, landing page conversion, and contractor oversight — reporting directly to ownership.

This is a fully remote position. US-based candidates in EST time zone or CST preferred.

What You'll Own

  • Full-funnel paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing $200K+ in monthly spend across multiple brands
  • Strategy and performance oversight of SEO, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
  • Management of external contractors and agency relationships (SEO specialists, landing page developers, creative teams)
  • Reporting on CAC, ROAS, cost-per-lead, and revenue attribution across all brands
  • Testing and scaling new acquisition channels as the portfolio grows

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years managing paid digital campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility ($50K+/month)
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and the ability to direct contractors on execution
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously (agency background is a plus)
  • Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline metrics, not vanity metrics
  • Healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or other regulated/restricted-category advertising experience is a strong plus but not required
  • Comfortable managing and holding contractors accountable

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
