Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on Google Ads campaign strategy, management, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies that drive conversions and ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video) across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and develop targeted campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize lead generation.
• Stay current with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
• Assist with other digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid social, and email marketing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Ads certification preferred).
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking conversions, and optimizing for cost per lead.
• Agency experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
