Digital Marketing Manager - Growth

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Growth (remote, based in Pakistan) to join our team at Fivestaff and work with an exciting Dubai-based proptech client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other

high-intent and discovery channels

• Own channel mix strategy, budgets, targeting, creative testing, and CAC goals
• Run ongoing A/B tests on copy, visuals, formats, placements, and hooks to improve

conversion and ROAS

• Implement, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking across web, app, and CRM events
• Work with design, content, and product to ideate, test, and refine campaign-specific

landing pages

• Coordinate email marketing, in-app pushes, and re-engagement journeys across

customer segments

Must-Have Experience

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing & CRM for B2C, fintech, proptech, marketplace, or app-based businesses
• Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Adjust, and CRM tools like Hubspot or Customer.io
• Data-driven mindset with creative instincts to scale campaigns and reduce CA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
