Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, including:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and brand positioning.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events/mall/neighborhood activations) to promote healthcare services, specialties, and new initiatives.
- Digital Leadership: Oversee the organization’s entire online presence, including website management, social media strategy, SEO/SEM performance, and online reputation management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate actively with internal departments, medical doctors, and management to define target audiences and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Strategize and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups to drive patient footfall.
- Content & Collateral: Supervise the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, patient education, and all digital channels.
- Performance & ROI: Track, analyze, and report on the performance and Return on Investment (ROI) of all marketing campaigns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities strictly adhere to ethical standards and relevant healthcare regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to achieve optimal performance and foster creativity.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 5-10 years of proven marketing experience, with a strong preference for the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare consumer behavior, digital marketing best practices, and effective branding strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
