Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a smart, creative, and disciplined Digital Marketer to manage our social media presence end-to-end. The role requires strong content thinking, consistency, and a real understanding of on-ground realities—not just posting online.

This position involves working across Business (Pvt. Ltd.), Political, and Spiritual domains, so awareness, ethics, and maturity are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (reels, posts, stories, captions)
• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and real-world activities
• Coordinate with ground teams to reflect real situations, events, and messaging
• Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to improve reach and impact
• Maintain brand tone, discipline, and consistency across all platforms

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Strong content sense for reels, creatives, captions, and storytelling
• Good political, social, and current affairs awareness
• Fluent in Hindi & English (both speaking and writing)
• Comfortable with Hindi typing and English typing
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
• Ethical mindset, consistency, discipline, and long-term commitment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
