Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, confident, and presentable candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Manager in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE market experience for more than 5 years, strong expertise in both B2B & B2C digital strategies, and the ability to design innovative campaigns that drive measurable growth. He/She must be analytical, creative, and capable of managing multiple clients while building strong and lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies specific to the UAE market.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Plan, design, and monitor SEO, SMO, PPC, and AI-integrated campaigns across digital channels.
• Leverage insights from marketing analytics, Neuro-Marketing, and Emotion AI to optimize performance.
• Propose and implement innovative marketing ideas aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Stay up to date with emerging tools, AI-driven marketing, and market trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C digital strategies.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.
• Analytical with strong market research abilities.
• Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Neuro-Marketing and Emotion AI (advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Smart, confident, and highly presentable personality.
