Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to build, optimize and scale our digital brand presence. You will lead strategy, execution, and performance across all digital channels to accelerate online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies for brand growth and revenue expansion.
- Plan monthly marketing budgets and achieve targeted KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce marketing including product, marketplace campaigns, and CRO.
- Lead performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Retargeting & Display.
- Oversee content strategy, social media and influencers.
- Analyze campaign performance data, create dashboards, and optimize continuously for best outcomes.
- Build and guide a high-performing marketing team as the brand scales.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong digital marketing experience (8-10yrs) in e-commerce and D2C brands
- Expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads platforms
- Analytical mindset with creative storytelling abilities
