Your role:
Our team is focused on hyper-efficient operations and rapid scaling. We are seeking a scrappy, self-starting Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) who is not just an expert in digital activation but also a tech-forward thinker obsessed with automation and efficiency. This role is a hybrid of strategy, execution, and content creation, with a mandate to minimize administrative overhead through innovative technological solutions.
Here you’ll get to:

Campaign Strategy & Activation: Develop, execute, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns across all key platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs) to drive streams, views, and artist engagement.

Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media budgets end-to-end, utilizing data analytics to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs for each release.

Rapid Asset Creation: Act as an in-house creative resource. Quickly generate compelling digital assets, cut-downs, and adaptations from base content specifically optimized for various platform ad units and organic posts.

Creator Economy Management: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer/creator campaigns, ensuring authentic integration and measurable results.

Automation & Efficiency Driver: Crucially, identify and implement tools and scripts (e.g., Zapier integrations, simple Python scripts, advanced platform features) to automate repetitive administrative tasks related to reporting, asset trafficking, budget tracking, and campaign setup, freeing up time for strategic work.

Reporting & Analytics: Provide succinct, actionable performance reports, translating complex data into clear insights for the label head.
About you:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music, entertainment, or fast-paced startup space.

Proven ability to run successful paid media campaigns and manage significant budgets.

Proficiency in a creative suite (e.g., Adobe Rush, Premiere, CapCut, or similar mobile/desktop tools) for rapid content editing and resizing.

Demonstrated experience or strong interest in using no-code/low-code tools or scripting for process automation.

Deep understanding of the current creator economy and platform-specific content trends (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

A self-motivated, "get-it-done" attitude with a high degree of ownership and curiosity.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
