Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager (Organic Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive consistent organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media growth, organic lead generation, and brand visibility strategies.

You will lead the organic marketing strategy across multiple digital channels while optimizing content and campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic digital marketing strategy to drive long-term growth.
  • Build scalable systems for organic traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Identify new opportunities for organic growth across multiple platforms.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning.
  • Plan and oversee high-performing blog content, landing pages, and educational content.
  • Optimize content for search engines and organic discoverability.

Social Media Growth

  • Develop strategies to grow organic audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Create high-engagement content frameworks designed to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Monitor trends and optimize content performance.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Build organic lead generation funnels through content, SEO, and social media.
  • Optimize landing pages and content for conversion and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to convert traffic into qualified leads.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Brand Authority & Thought Leadership

  • Develop strategies to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Oversee long-form content, educational resources, and brand storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Organic Marketing Manager, or Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience growing social media accounts organically.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
