Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate

JJob Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate) – Full Time | UAE Experience ONLY

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with mandatory UAE real estate marketing experience.

Only candidates with previous real estate experience in the UAE market will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads for property sales and leasing
• Handle social media marketing and content creation
• Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle listings and promotions
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL & analytics
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
• SEO and website optimization
• Create marketing strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years UAE Real Estate Digital Marketing experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
• Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Arabic & English preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
