Namaste Properties LLC is a growing real estate company in Dubai, offering premium residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong real estate experience and a proven ability to generate qualified leads online.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Generate and manage high-quality real estate leads through SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.

Oversee social media strategy, content, and paid promotions to build brand awareness.

Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve ROI.

Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for client engagement.

Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

3–5 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools and CRM systems.

Proven track record in lead generation and campaign

optimization.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
