Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

Istanbul, Turkey

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients’ brands and products. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in various digital marketing disciplines and a strong background in agency work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for multiple clients.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics to optimize performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic for clients.
  • Monitor website analytics and SEO performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine target audiences and improve campaign effectiveness.

Ecommerce Management:

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including Shopify and WordPress, to enhance user experience and increase sales for clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve product listings, manage inventory, and optimize checkout processes.

Content Management:

  • Oversee content creation and management for digital channels, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, Shopify, ecommerce, and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Manager, Mailchimp, and others.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant areas.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
