Digital Marketing Manager

Location: USA – Flexible/Remote Experience: 7–10 years Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Marketing

Role Overview

Rancho BioSciences is seeking a hands-on, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and demand generation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

You will be an individual contributor from day one-directly managing our website, campaigns, and marketing platforms-while laying the groundwork to build and lead a small, high-performing team as our marketing function scales.

You should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution, maintaining quality under pressure, and taking full ownership for results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital StrategyExecution
  • Develop, execute, and optimize Rancho's digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, target personas, and campaign priorities.
  • Manage and integrate all digital channels-including website, SEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, webinars, and social-into a cohesive demand generation engine.
  • Website OwnershipOptimization
  • Oversee Rancho's website (HubSpot CMS), ensuring it is optimized for UX, SEO/GEO, and lead conversion.
  • Independently edit, upload, and update content and landing pages without relying on external developers.
  • Manage content updates, analytics tagging, and technical enhancements.
  • Collaborate with design and development partners to deliver an engaging, science-driven digital experience.
  • Marketing TechnologyOperations
  • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity across HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and integrated tools.
  • Track campaign attribution and maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance.
  • Content DistributionSocial Media
  • Plan and execute organic and paid content promotion to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage targeted LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns focused on life sciences and B2B decision-makers.
  • Oversee Rancho's social media channels, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Campaign ManagementAnalytics
  • Plan, launch, and measure multi-touch campaigns to drive lead generation, nurturing, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, lead quality, cost per lead) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Present monthly performance dashboards with actionable recommendations.

ExperienceSkills

  • 7–10 years in digital marketing with proven B2B demand generation success; life sciences industry experience preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • HubSpot Marketing HubCRM integration
    • CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress)
    • SEO/SEM, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager
    • Paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
    • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, marketing automation, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
